More than a digital upgrade, the project reimagines Ibiza’s tourism strategy - repositioning the brand, diversifying its offerings, attracting higher-value visitors, and balancing growth with resident and visitor satisfaction.

Simpleview’s winning bid stood out for its innovation, scalability, and global track record across 1,000+ destinations, offering not just technology but a strategic vision to position Ibiza as a leader in smart tourism.
 

A digital ecosystem designed for destinations

The solution to be implemented in Ibiza consists of a leading technology stack tailored to the specific needs of tourist destinations. Key components include:

  • Specialised CRM for destinations (DMO CRM): Manages relationships with tourism stakeholders using automated workflows and strategic insights.
  • Destination Management System (DMS): Offers 30+ integrated tools for marketing, content, events, analytics, and visitor services.
  • Smart Tourism Portal: Custom-built web development using headless CMS technology. The portal will be an SEO-optimized, multilingual site with responsive design and dynamic content.
  • Real-Time Data Platform: Tracks demand trends, market shifts, campaign performance, and destination perception.
  • Personalisation Tools: Tailors content and promotions to specific visitor segments.
  • Interoperability: Connects with national, regional, and local tourism platforms and smart destination networks.
