What We Offer Employees

Employee assistance program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free comprehensive and confidential resource that can help with managing stress, handling relationship issues, quitting tobacco, alcohol or drug use, and more.

401(k) match

It's never too early to start saving for retirement. Our 401(k) program matches up to 3% and is easily managed through the ADP Portal. Change your contribution, take out a loan or view your investments in one convenient location.

Home-buying help

Our CEO grew up in Tucson, and many of us here are alumni of the local university (go Wildcats!), so it's safe to say that we love where we live. We hope you feel the same way, and if you do we'll offer a $5,000 interest-free loan to help make it happen.

Active community

Work amidst a community of geeks, moms, artists and average Joes. We hold various events throughout the year to get to know each other, from movie theater outings to chili cook-offs and more. Not only that, our employees are active in the community and lead the charge on green initiatives and volunteer opportunities.

Responsible paid vacation and sick time

Life happens, we get it! As a company that supports the travel industry, we are advocates for taking time off for that much-needed vacation (or weekend trip, mental health day, etc.). We're also huge advocates of not catching your cold, so stay home and recover in peace without missing a paycheck.

Holidays and company closures

There are a number of breaks and holidays we observe throughout the year, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s off (with pay)!

Relaxed atmosphere

Comfortable employees make for great collaborators, so we promote a laid-back dress code and supply endless coffee to keep the good vibes coming. In some offices, you can even bring your dog to work.

Health & wellness coaching

Let's face it, this modern world can take its toll. Our health & wellness coach offers one-on-one help as your personal guide and partner, helping you make small or big changes to improve your health and helping you bridge the gap between wanting to make health changes to actually making them happen.
