Jessica Hurst and Christina Fey have been promoted to director of customer experience, responsible for leading teams of customer success representatives to help deliver value and strategic insight to clients. Hurst joined Simpleview in April 2013 and has become a Simpleview jack of all trades. Fey joined Simpleview in April 2014 and instantly felt right at home, transitioning from national sales, buying, and account service in the apparel industry.
Ryan Pape has been promoted to director of CMS support. Pape, who previously held the position of lead CMS work order project manager, is responsible for leading CMS support, engagement managers, and solutions teams. Pape joined Simpleview in April 2014; he has a deep understanding of Simpleview integrations, products, and services. Prior to joining the Simpleview team, Pape was a project specialist — working with clients, contracts, and vendors.
