The Brainery is a structured resource for detailed instruction on the Simpleview CRM, offering deep-dive coursework and guided training leading to certification in the use of the system.
While there are multiple sessions offered for certification throughout the year, you need only register for one of the 45-day periods below.
In the Member/Partner course you will learn the best practices for handling your local member or partner data. Beyond the basic management tools in the CRM, this course emphasizes how to manage your local Listings & Amenities, build Searches & Reports, use the Extranet, and perform Admin features and functions.
The Consumer/Inventory course concentrates on managing your Leisure Traveler data in the CRM with an emphasis on importing data, the form builder, reporting, and internal workflow.
In the Meeting Sales course, you will learn how to simplify the meeting sales process with your Simpleview CRM. This course focuses on how to track potential clients, project future events, finalize a sales lead and analyze your sales data.
In the Simpleview CMS course, you will learn how to manage your website's content, utilize CMS Modules for advanced marketing practices and leverage your CMS administrative tools to keep your projects on task and in order.
