Many DMOs share a common obstacle of battling misperceptions and stereotypes. VisitPITTSBURGH used the timing of their rebrand as an opportunity to redesign their website and showcase the city’s true colors.
Simpleview’s Destination Immersion proved to be a great addition to the website redesign. The Simpleview website build team visited Pittsburgh and quickly discovered a completely different city than what they had initially imagined. The creative team not only incorporated nuances of the city into the design, such as delicate arches inspired by its bridges, but they actually scratched the entire original design that they intended prior to the trip.
