Destination Cleveland


In 2011, Destination Cleveland launched an extranet that allowed partners to update listings, respond to leads, submit events to its public calendar and catch-up on the latest bureau news. Training tables at partner events, one-on-one instruction and an easy-to-use manual quickly armed partners with everything they needed to take full advantage of this new portal to online tools and resources.

With over 700 partners, Destination Cleveland now relies on the extranet to keep listings up-to-date. The Destination Cleveland team describes the portal as a "wonderfully efficient" and accurate means of managing partner data.
