DMO re-engages for website development and adds integrated CRM
TUCSON, March 22 — This month, Visit Newport Beach Inc., the official destination marketing organization for Newport Beach, Calif. has once more contracted with Simpleview as an interactive marketing and technology partner. Beyond re-engaging Simpleview in its former role as website developer, Visit Newport Beach will now also look to simpleview for the industry's most advanced destination management system, Simpleview CRM 3.0.

Beyond Your Basic DMO Site
Beyond fundamental features such as a calendar of events, special offers and video and photo tours, the re-launch of the Newport Beach site will include features that push Newport Beach to the head of the destination marketing pack:
- Integrated ad serving to generate revenue for Visit Newport Beach
- Syndicated partner listings through NAVTEQ on-board and in-hand navigation systems
- New admin tools that allow them to easily update animated Flash headers
Integrated CRM & Destination Management
The new site for Newport Beach will be closely integrated with Simpleview CRM 3.0, which gives DMOs powerful tools for sales, marketing, forecasting, reporting and destination management, with many functions tied into new animated quick-view dashboards. Beyond feeding partner listings content to the Newport Beach website plus CRM modules for partners, media, convention services and other critical DMO constituents, the Newport Beach CRM implementation will include:
- Tools for event management, inventory management, marketing and advertising
- Simpleview's form-builder for capturing data through the Newport Beach site
- Integration with ExactTarget for powerful marketing
