With growth 15 times the industry benchmark, Simpleview maintains top-10 ranking in travel category
TUCSON August 27 — As destination marketing organizations (DMOs) face increasing complexity, Simpleview continues vigorous growth to meet their challenges, once more landing it on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private U.S. companies. Its appearance on the 2009 list makes a hat trick for Simpleview, which debuted at #856 on the 2007 list and last year ranked second in the nation in the travel category.
Leading the Sector
Simpleview's dramatic recent growth again secured high ranking on the Inc. 5000 list, placing it among the top-10 companies in 2009's travel category.
Simpleview outstripped the median growth rate for the category by more than half and outpaced the three-year growth rate by a factor of 15 (214% vs. 14%).
Internal and External StrengthsSimpleview president Rich Reasons points to both internal and client-facing strengths to explain the company's ongoing boom.
The company is well known for its pioneering content management and customer relationship management systems, award-winning websites and strategic interactive marketing, Reasons notes, but even longtime clients may not be aware of the employee culture fueling recruitment and retention.
"We've gone out of our way to make simpleview a great place to work," Reasons said, "We have that reputation now, which means being able to hire the best talent in the business. When those high-caliber employees are happy and allowed to really work their skills, our clients get amazing results. Everybody wins."
