simpleview & Paducah, Kentucky launch revamped destination website, www.paducah.travel

Tucson, July 15, 2011 - Paducah McCracken County Convention and Visitors Bureau launches website makeover from Simpleview.

Among the recently added features, the new site offers a video and photo tour, virtual visitors guide and Google maps integration. The "Exclusively Paducah" highlights module features the best of Paducah while their online RFP submission and new media center appeal to travel professionals with downloadable press kits and photos.

Don't forget the American Quilter's Society Annual Quilt Show and Contest held in Paducah every year, drawing thousands of attendees and participants from around the world. The new Quilting section of the site highlights the annual show and the art of quilting. For the past twenty-seven years, quilters have been attending the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah for a chance to compete for fame and glory. Quilting is an integral part of Paducah, with a Quilt Museum, numerous shops and quilting workshops offered year-round to artisans. Paducah prides itself on its history of expert quilters and artistic appeal.
