Web-based systems work together to help DMOs streamline meetings leads and proposals

TUCSON November 18 — Destination management organizations (DMOs) using Simpleview CRM will be able to distribute meetings leads to hotel and meeting site partners and gather responses more quickly and efficiently thanks to the system's new integration with MeetingBroker, a web-based lead management solution offered by Newmarket International.

One-click coordination.

With a single click, DMOs can distribute leads to all or select hotel properties and meeting venues.

Automatic integration.

For properties using Newmarket's Delphi — a meeting/catering sales, forecasting and reporting system used by hotels around the word — or a handful of other sales systems, this integration automatically enters lead data into the property's system.

One-click updates and notifications.

As the proposal develops or requirements change, DMOs can quickly send updated RFP info to the properties, and notify all or select properties when the meeting is awarded.

Automatic pickups. After the meeting event, once hotels enter pickup data, the integration automatically sends the information into the Simpleview CRM database, associating it with the appropriate lead and reporting functions.
