TUCSON, AZ (August 08, 2017) - Simpleview, a leading provider of CRM and CMS platforms plus digital marketing solutions for Convention Bureaux and Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs), and ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, have collaborated on their combined meetings import and export processes within the Simpleview CRM system. These CRM updates will streamline the process for Convention Bureaux and DMOs to submit ICCA-compliant meetings data to the association database.
Simpleview’s product team implemented updates to the CRM platform making it simpler for Simpleview users to meet ICCA meetings submission guidelines. This means ICCA members can quickly and easily export qualifying meetings data from Simpleview CRM to the ICCA database using the dedicated ICCA Meeting Report option. Simpleview’s CRM import tool has also been enhanced to work with ICCA’s meetings database. In addition, country fields have been added to the Meeting Sales Profile area to assist bureaux with reporting on meetings that rotate between countries.
