Zerista is a meeting planning platform that delivers the most comprehensive, customizable and intuitive event app in the industry for meetings and events. With the acquisition, Simpleview can build upon the platform by delivering a plethora of custom content for local destinations, therefore providing new opportunities to support meeting planners and market their destinations.
Simpleview will add approximately 135 new DMO clients with the move, expanding its customer base to more than 900 destinations, including nearly all the top-tier meetings and leisure destinations in the North America and many top destinations around the world.
All 40+ employees working with JackRabbit Systems have joined the Simpleview team and continue in their existing roles, ensuring a seamless continuity of service for customers. During this time, they will cross-train on Simpleview products, services and support. JRS will maintain operations of the new Simpleview offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Denver, Colorado.
