ON THE 3RD FRIDAY of every month we will host a one hour session for the benefit of our DMO partners. Each month, the format will include a product demonstration and a Q & A portion. Throughout the series, we will continue to offer walkthroughs of common procedures, address FAQs, and provide some opportunities to get to know our staff. The first topic, presented on April 19, 2013, will be an overview of the Internal Reporting System.
ON THE 4TH FRIDAY of every month, we will host a Q & A session, along with a walkthrough of our free reservation engine for the benefit of lodging partners. It is a valuable opportunity for your lodging partners to ask questions. We are excited to create a new channel to offer tips and self-help options, share our resources, and create new relationships with our customers. This event has been designed to relieve our partner DMO's of some of the lodging partner's customer service needs.
