The JackRabbit team is thrilled to learn some of our recent innovations and new products have resulted in a high volume of inquiries about our company. We strive to make sure we provide every one of our clients and their lodging partners the best tools to effectively implement our products. With that in mind, we are happy to announce as a feature of your partnership, we are offering an ongoing series of FREE webinars. This new resource will clarify the applications and functions of our products and serve as an additional tool for our clients.


ON THE 3RD FRIDAY 
of every month we will host a one hour session for the benefit of our DMO partners. Each month, the format will include a product demonstration and a Q & A portion. Throughout the series, we will continue to offer walkthroughs of common procedures, address FAQs, and provide some opportunities to get to know our staff. The first topic, presented on April 19, 2013, will be an overview of the Internal Reporting System.

ON THE 4TH FRIDAY of every month, we will host a Q & A session, along with a walkthrough of our free reservation engine for the benefit of lodging partners. It is a valuable opportunity for your lodging partners to ask questions. We are excited to create a new channel to offer tips and self-help options, share our resources, and create new relationships with our customers. This event has been designed to relieve our partner DMO's of some of the lodging partner's customer service needs.
