TUCSON, Ariz. (December 22, 2015) Simpleview, the world's leading provider of sales and marketing solutions for destination marketing organizations, recently completed implementation of its CRM platform for the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. The launch marked the tenth destination to join Simpleview's international customer roster in 2015.
"Accounting for the city's more than 30 Overseas Sales offices around the globe required special attention to detail," recalled CRM analyst Aaron Pickering, who joined project manager Monica Valdenegro for 16 days in Dubai during the implementation.
Developers also customized Simpleview CRM to accommodate the Department's uncommon event registration protocols. Despite these unique needs, the implementation was completed quickly, thanks in part to highly effective internal workflows that reflected Dubai's strikingly progressive approach to sales and marketing overall, Pickering said.
