CEO Ryan George announces CRM 4.0, technology updates, and fresh integrations

TUCSON, Ariz. Attendees were the first to hear, directly from Simpleview leadership and product teams, about:

New Products, Services, & Feature Updates

VisitApps, mobile apps for in-market experience and event planning.

A new Simpleview Digital Marketing Department, providing services aligned with a six-step digital marketing cycle discussed in detail during Summit, helping DMOs Research, Create, Optimize, Amplify, Test, and Measure content.

The latest Stackla enhancements helping DMOs make the most of User Generated Content to engage site and destination visitors.

Marketplace, available this summer, to help DMOs increase engagement with members and partners, such as hotels and restaurants.

DTN Ad Buys via the Extranet, also available this summer, giving DMOs the opportunity to increase ad revenue by spotlighting advertising opportunities available on their destination site within their extranet.

CMS Public Relations Module Enhancements, offering a multitude of ways for DMOs to create relevant blog posts and content in their PR Module, from adding integrations with Google’s Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) project and demonstrating ways to add rich content with the Advanced Blog Editor, to offering feed subscription options for posts.

Personas, a new addition to the CMS Dynamic Content Module, will allow for better targeting of content to demonstrated visitor interests.

CRM Lead and Response Enhancements for greater flexibility and easier adjustments.

A New Learning Management System for Increased Ongoing Education

On-Demand Coursework and Certification Plans through Simpleview’s Product Education Department will be be available later this year. Simpleview will launch an online library of on-demand, role-based coursework, with sessions taught by Simpleview’s subject matter experts, such as Product Education Specialists and CRM Training Managers.

CRM 4.0, coming 2018, Q1

While Extranet 4.0 is here now in the Simpleview CRM and features multiple enhancements presented at Summit, a more extensive platform upgrade of the customer relationship management system is on the way for the beginning of next year. New features and capabilities of the system will be based on continual research and development as well as input from DMO decision-makers and CRM user groups.

More than 850 people representing eight countries attended this year's Simpleview Summit in Tucson to hear what’s new at Simpleview, get training and learn best practices from industry experts, and hear keynote speakers Jeff Corwin, David Rendall, and Scott Stratten.
