A New Learning Management System for Increased Ongoing Education
On-Demand Coursework and Certification Plans through Simpleview’s Product Education Department will be be available later this year. Simpleview will launch an online library of on-demand, role-based coursework, with sessions taught by Simpleview’s subject matter experts, such as Product Education Specialists and CRM Training Managers.

While Extranet 4.0 is here now in the Simpleview CRM and features multiple enhancements presented at Summit, a more extensive platform upgrade of the customer relationship management system is on the way for the beginning of next year. New features and capabilities of the system will be based on continual research and development as well as input from DMO decision-makers and CRM user groups.
