Partnerships & Integrations

CMS: Simpleview’s partnership with OnceThere makes real-time activity booking through the DMO smooth and simple. Visitors can easily purchase tickets for local attractions through the DMO, at any stage of travel. A trip to the zoo, then a museum, combined with a downtown walking tour can all be one purchase, during the planning phase or while in town, through the DMO website, kiosk at the visitors center, or via a mobile app.

CRM: The Cvent/Simpleview Integration makes meeting planning even easier for DMOs and meeting planners and suppliers. With integrations between the Simpleview CRM and Cvent’s meetings management technology, we are reducing duplication around DMOs’ current RFP practices and processes.

New enhancements in the Meetingmax integrationwith Simpleview CRM will allow for visitor data integration, lead mapping (link a sales lead to a Meetingmax Event), and registration form questions.

New Opportunities & Options

VisitApps is your DMO’s mobile, in-destination marketing tool for staying connected with the modern traveler once they’re in town and ready to fully experience your location. Quite simply, it’s their mobile, updatable visitors guide.

Extranet Marketplace, available this May, will allow DMOs to increase engagement with members and partners, such as hotels and restaurants. We do this with quick and easy ways to sign up or opt in for both free and for-cost programs, events, and data collection. Anything from a member newsletter opt-in form to a full membership package deal can be presented to our clients’ existing and potential members with this tool. Extranet DTN Ad Buys, also available in May, will enable you to increase ad revenue by spotlighting advertising opportunities available on your destination site within the extranet.

CMS Public Relations Module Enhancements will offer a multitude of ways for our customers to create exciting blog posts and content in their PR Module. From adding integrations with Google’s Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) project and demonstrating ways to add rich content with the Advanced Blog Editor, to offering feed subscription options for posts, there are plenty of content development options to enjoy.

Personas,a new addition to the CMS Dynamic Content Module, will allow for better targeting of content to visitor interests. Is your visitor an avid golfer? In search of outdoor adventures? A fervent foodie? Deliver content aimed at their interests when they visit your site.

CRM Lead and Response Enhancements bring you greater flexibility and easier adjustments. From unlimited meeting dates and one-click primary date selection to custom response date setting and shoulder day settings within requested blocks … it’s all in there.

Our new Digital Marketing Department is one more way we’re evolving along with the changing digital landscape, and helping DMOs doe the same. Our digital marketing services align with the six-step digital marketing cycle we discussed in detail during Summit, helping you Research, Create, Optimize, Amplify, Test, and Measure content. The latest Stackla enhancements help you make the most of User Generated Content, putting the power of social media into play as part of your marketing strategy to engage site and destination visitors.

Ongoing Education

On-Demand Coursework and Certification Plans through Simpleview’s Product Education Department will be be available later this year. We will launch an online library of on-demand, role-based coursework, with sessions taught by Simpleview’s subject matter experts, such as our Product Education Specialists and CRM Training Managers. These courses aim to empower tourism professionals with the skills and knowledge to get the most out of their Simpleview products.

The first course we will offer will be focused on Membership/Partnership Engagement, taught by Chris George – CRM Training Manager. Participants can take the multi-session course online, and then take an exam to be certified in the course material.

CRM 4.0 That’s right. The big announcement at Summit 2017 is that CRM 4.0 will launch in 2018! Releases will happen throughout the year. You can stay up to date on the latest via the SimpleFeed.
