"POCONO MOUNTAINS, Pa., February 22, 2012 - The Pocono Mountains is making a new splash online as the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB) proudly announces their new and improved, integrated homepage for the 800poconos.com website.

The new homepage puts power into the hands of its users by providing an interactive experience, engaging them to browse a wealth of information on all things Pocono under a more "resort" seasonal look and in harmony with the PMVB's advertising campaigns. The new look encompasses visitor interaction and communication through social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter and offers viewing of 15 streaming live web cams. The facelift also introduces a geocentric approach to finding members/partners easier with a new flash map and orientation. "

Malaysia CRM launchCRM Project Manager and trainer Chris George with CRM Director Liz Fernstrom took to the skies to provide on-site training to our newest international client. The trip proved successful and enjoyable, Liz sums it up best; "our hosts definitely proved Malaysians are among the nicest, most hospitable people in the world".

Malaysia CRM launch_foodIndeed so, judging from photographs it would appear they invite their guests to feast like kings. Claiming to have been fed at least six times a day, Liz goes on to explain in this photo, "this was Chris' expression throughout the (entire) meal. The food is THAT good".

Malaysian cuisineThe CRM leaders thoroughly enjoyed their stay in Kuala Lumpur, surrounded by beautiful scenery, gracious hosts, and a new cuisine. Join us in welcoming the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau to simpleview CRM!

Tucson, July 1, 2011 - Have you clicked "Help" in simpleview CRM lately? If so, you've probably already tapped into the first several chapters of the new CRM 3.0 User Handbook

CRM handbook ch 7simpleview CRM 3.0 is a beautiful, complex thing - technology that merits a comprehensive User Handbook, and by comprehensive, we mean about 700 pages.

That's what we've estimated the finalized handbook will come in at: 16 chapters in all, designed to help educate clients new to simpleview CRM or be the go-to refresher for long-time users with screenshots, detailed, step-by-step instructions and use-case examples.

When completed, the handbook will include two major sections. Part 1 covers CRM basics, searching, reports and admin functions. Part 2 will dedicate a chapter for each type of user group.

The full guide is still under development, but the first seven chapters are live now, accessible from the Help button in simpleview CRM. Check it out, watch for more updates on progress and, as always, we welcome your feedback.

Three quick announcements on changes in the CRM team at simpleview

Expanded Support
First, we're expanding our CRM support team to match our growing client base in this area and ensure fast, reliable responses to your needs.

We're on the search for new talent now but have already added a Project Manager, Jessica Johnson, and created the new role of CRM Support Representative, now held by Christina Leffler.

Jessica comes to simpleview with considerable experience interfacing with clients, including positions as VP of customer relations for the online marketplace ArtFire.com and as a support specialist for the global biomedical company, Beckman Coulter.

Christina Leffler you already know from the simpleview front desk (now the voice of Terry Kimberlin). Christina ("Chrissy") has been with simpleview 2 years and knows the finer points of working with the CRM team and the rest of the simpleview staff better than anyone else.

Eddie Talkington Managing Implementations
Second announcement, Eddie Talkington is moving into a full-time focus on new CRM projects as Manager of CRM Implementation, the lead when it comes to making sure each new implementation happens accurately and efficiently, with all the I's dotted and T's crossed.

Anyone who has transitioned DMO data to a new CRM platform knows it can be a delicate process, and anyone who's worked with Eddie on implementation knows what a critical role this is and how dedicated he is to getting it right.

Liz Fernstrom Directing CRM Operations
Last but not least, Liz Fernstrom, whom many of you have worked with as a CRM Project Manager, has taken on the role of Director of CRM Operations.

Liz has worked with simpleview for 3 years, focused exclusively on CRM and developing a solid understanding of both CRM development and client needs along the way. But that's only half the story: Liz came to simpleview with some pretty impressive leadership experience under her belt.

Given her background in operations and business management for smaller, entrepreneurial businesses as well as a mega-giant like Getty Images, we're excited to see what she'll do helm of the CRM ship!
